2. Purpose
These General Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the service provider and any individual (hereinafter “the Guest”) making a booking at Le Refuge Sauvage. Any booking implies full acceptance of these Terms.
3. Booking and confirmation
A booking becomes firm and final upon receipt of written acceptance from the owner and payment within the agreed timeframe.
4. Prices
All prices are stated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes. Prices confirmed at the time of booking are guaranteed for the reserved period.
5. Payment terms

Payment is made via secure online payment (Stripe). No banking data is stored by the service provider.
6. Cancellation by the Guest
Any cancellation must be notified in writing to bonjour@refugesauvage.be.

In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, no refund will be granted.
7. Cancellation by the owner
In cases of force majeure, the Guest will be fully refunded for amounts paid, with no further compensation.

8. Arrival and departure
- Check-in: from 16h00
- Check-out: before 11h00
Any variation must be agreed in advance in writing.
9. House rules
Maximum occupancy is 6 persons.

The Guest agrees to return the property in the condition in which it was found.
10. Insurance and liability
The Guest is responsible for any damage caused to the rented property. Taking out holiday insurance is strongly recommended.
11. Personal data
Data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
